4. Licence
4.1 Grant
Pop Tech Pty Lts grants the Partner a limited, non-transferrable and non-exclusive licence to:
(a) use the Fillr SDK, the Fillr Button and the Fillr IP solely as follows:
(i) by adding to or installing on the Partner Platforms the Fillr SDK and Fillr Button;
(ii) by allowing Platform Users to access the Fillr Application via the Partner Platforms by
clicking on the Fillr Button to:
(A) populate data fields in Online Forms; and
(B) to use any other functionality of the Fillr Application;
(iii) by allowing any Platform User to become registered as a Fillr User and enabling them to
acquire the Fillr Application via the Partner Platforms and
(b) use the Fillr IP solely for the purposes set out in clause 4.1(a).
